When I was growing up, my family always used to holiday in France. During my time there I became somewhat obsessed with French hip hop/RnB (it probably helps that I can at least vaguely understand what they are saying). Anyway, unlike say the Uk scene, there were loads of magazines dedicated to French Hip Hop and they all had cover CD's. This is a particularly good one from DJ L.B.R, one time member of Double HH with Cut Killer (aka the DJ from La Haine). It's a great little RnB mix with some french flavor thrown in for good measure. Wednesday Weapon: Superstition

It's always hard to re-edit a classic without spoiling it but the prolific Mr Todd Terje has knocked this one out of the park. I love the way it builds slowly, becoming more recognisable as the tune goes on.

Wednesday Weapon: Talking All That Jazz

This one is a dead cert no matter where you are playing. An already classic tune given the treatment by Dimitri From Paris. It is the perfect transition tune between styles.
